'body' => '<p>जयपुर, 07 नवम्बर। भारत में सुरसा की तरह मुंह बाए खड़ी बेराजेगारी की समस्या से निपटने के लिए राजस्थान में अनूठी पहल को मूर्त रूप दिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत की बजट घोषणा के अनुरूप अब राज्य के 300 से ज्यादा सरकारी काॅलेजों में शिक्षा के साथ कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम भी चलाया जाएगा।</p>

प्रदेश के श्रम, कौशल एवं नियोजन विभाग के शासन सचिव नवीन जैन तथा उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग की शासन सचिव शुचि शर्मा ने आज यहां आरएसएलडीसी सभागार में आयोजित एक समारोह में इस आशय के सहमति पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर किए। इस अवसर पर कौशल, रोजगार एवं नियोजन मंत्री अशोक चांदना, उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा मंत्री भंवर सिंह भाटी तथा आरएसएलडीसी के प्रबन्ध निदेशक डाॅ समित शर्मा भी उपस्थित थे।</p>

श्री चांदना ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि अब तक यह समझा जाता था कि कौशल विकास योजना की जरूरत केवल उन्हीं युवाओं को है, जो औपचारिक शिक्षा से वंचित रहते आए हंै। लेकिन अब दोनो विभागों की सक्रिय भागीदारी से काॅलेजों मंे युवा रोजाना लगभग चार घंटे कौशल विकास योजना का लाभ भी उठा सकेंगे। इस तरह काॅलेज की शिक्षा पूरी करने पर उन्हंे रोजगार के लिए दर-दर भटकना नहीं पडे़गा। उन्होंने कौशल विकास योजना में ‘हार्ड स्किल्स के साथ-साथ ‘साॅफ्ट स्किल्स’ के प्रशिक्षण की भी जरूरत बताई।</p>

श्री भाटी ने बताया की यह देश की ऐसी अनूठी योजना है जो प्रदेश के युवाओं को रोजगारोन्मुखी शिक्षा मुहैया कराने की दिशा में मील का पत्थर साबित होगी। योजना के प्रथम चरण मंे 117 काॅलेजों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि प्रदेश में पहली बार काॅलेज छात्रों को प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए निःशुल्क कोचिंग की योजना भी लागू की गई है।</p>

ठससे पहले योजना के मुख्य बिन्दुओं पर प्रकाश डालते हुए श्रम कौशल एवं नियोजन विभाग के शासन सचिव नवीन जैन ने बताया कि प्रदेश के 300 काॅलेजों को बिना किसी शुल्क के राजस्थान कौशल एवं आजीविका विकास निगम (आरएसएलडीसी) की संबद्धता दी गई है। सभी प्रशिक्षित युवाओं के कौशल की जांच-पड़ताल राजस्थान राज्य कौशल विश्वविद्यालय (रीसू) द्वारा की जाएगी। ‘रीसू’ के दक्षता प्रमाण पत्र से युवाओं को रोजगार मिलने में काफी मदद मिलेगी।</p>

उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग की शासन सचिव शुचि शर्मा ने बताया कि यह योजना काॅलेज शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नई क्रांति का सूत्रपात है। इससे प्रदेश के युवाओं को रोजगार के बेहतर अवसर मिलेंगे। योजना के तहत उनका विभाग सभी ढांचागत सुविधाएं मुहैया कराएगा, जबकि कौशल प्रशिक्षण का काम आरएसएलडीसी करेगा। दोनों विभागों के तालमेल से बेहतर परिणाम सामने आएंगे।</p>

It is noted that TiE Smash Up has so far supported 1000+ aspiring entrepreneurs, hosted 40 sessions with more than 100 speakers and connected 50+ investor networks to curated startups.</p>
<p>Day 2 of the event featured <strong>Maverick Speaker Talks, Mentoring Session and Crazy Talk etc. </strong>During the Marverick Session, sharing his experiences while preparing for IIT in Kota, <strong>Mr. Sumit Jain</strong>, Co-Founder & CEO, Open Talk said before leaving for Kota, he was not above average student but undivided focus on studies changed his perspective and therefore he cracked IIT. He further shared that with one year of undivided focus and attention towards your working pattern you can do anything in your life. With his own experiences, he defined that sometimes loosing is also winning. He also shared his successful learning from <a href="http://commonfloor.com/" target="_blank">commonfloor.com</a> to building a social voice conversation app – ‘Open Talk’.</p>
<p>Talking about automobile sector at large, <strong>Mr. Nikunj Sanghi,</strong> Chairman, Automotive Skill Development Council said, “Automobile sector has always been in news because it excites the public. It is the core component in the Indian economy and this is the only sector in Indian economy that contributes 49% in the manufacturing sector of Indian GDP and 8% in the overall GDP.” Talking about the disruptions in the industry, he said, “Disruptions coming in the automobile sector in next 2 years will be such that have never been seen in the history in last 100 years or so. Electric vehicles, shared vehicles etc. are reality and they will change the way we live our lives now.” He further said that electronic vehicles will influence our lifestyles and the way we commute on daily basis. According to him, an electronic car owner will have to plan his whole day in advance and that there will be in-built applications in car that will take care of the entire human needs.</p>
<p>Consultant to Niti Aayog, <strong>Ms. Neelashi Shukla</strong> shared details regarding Niti Aayog’s initiatives to encourage spirit of entrepreneurship among women. She said that women entrepreneurship programme works to get everybody on same platform and also act as information repository. During her address, Ms. Shukla also briefed about <strong>Women Transforming India Award 2019 by Niti Aayog.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Mr. Vineet Rao</strong>, Co-Founder & CEO of Jaipur based startup Deal Share sharing about his success journey stated that for a start-up it is essential to focus on scaling. The target must be catering mass population but at the same time sticking to ground realities. To the budding entrepreneurs, he advised to focus on building a business first which will ultimately result in easy capital follow. In his opinion, now non-metro cities like Jaipur have a key to success. He also talked about how their decision to start operations from Jaipur turned totally in favor of the company resulting in strong progress of Deal Share.</p>

The two days event will provide startups an opportunity to interact with and listen to the startup stories from the successful founders themselves. The theme for the 5th edition is ‘MAVERICK’ that celebrates entrepreneurial journeys of startup founders who had had the courage to think unconventionally. Smash Up helps the gen-next of entrepreneurs through investment opportunities, mentoring, networking and learning. <strong>Investors worth Rs. 2500 Crores interacted with start-ups of Rajasthan on the first day of TiE Smash Up 2019.</strong></p>
<p>Day one of the event witnessed 24 curated StartUps <em>‘Deep Date with Investors’</em> from pan India where every StartUp had an opportunity to interact and pitch their ideas to 14 investors including Mumbai Angels, Rajasthan Angel Innovators Network (RAIN), TiE India Angels, Indian Angels Network, The Investment Trust of India, Unicorn Ventures, Startup Oasis, Let's Venture, Kyt Ventures, ah! Ventures, Lead Angels, Artha Venture Fund, Pacific Gaming, Key Ventures etc. Each of the StartUp was given 15 minutes each where for initial 7 minutes they had to pitch their ideas to the investor followed by a Q&A session for next 7 minutes. At the end of the 14 minutes, StartUp moved to the next investor and last 1 minute was given to investor to rate them for the pitch and presentation.</p>
<p>The startups selected for the investor pitch session were from various segments like Waste Management, Textiles, Education, Healthcare, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, E-learning, Energy, Agritech, E-Commerce and Fintech and included start-ups like <em>“Dressfolk”, “Evolvenext”, “FunEduLearn”, “Meddelivery”, “Pikprint”, “Pranam Kisan”, “Studybase” etc.</em></p>
<p><strong><em>“Deep Dating with Investors allow selected startups a chance to meet more and more investors under one roof. <p><strong>Mr. Mahavir Pratap Sharma,</strong> Vice Chair, TiE Global said, “We believe about 25% of startups that pitched today have an investible plan and there is a high profitability that more than 1 investor network will pool-in and co-invest on these startups.”</p>
<p>Since air pollution and smog has become a major health concern, <strong>Mr. Deepansh Yadav</strong> of <strong>Virescent Technologies Pvt. Ltd.</strong> has developed India’s 1st smart outdoor and large indoor space air-purifiers which are typically designed to counter a wide range of pollutants over an area of 1300 sq. Meter with purification efficiency of more than 85%. Virescent Technologies is a startup based in Jaipur.</p>
<p><strong>Mr. Avnish Bhatnagar</strong>, Co-Founder, <strong>Atrum Shutrum</strong>, a Jaipur based StartUp for anytime snacking option for healthy living shared that there are a lot of snacking options available in market like Seeds, Nuts, Berries etc. which are packed in plastic containers to consume and therefore become un-healthy after a long run. In order to overcome this issue, Atrum Shutrum has launched a variety of 52 products which are packed in small glass jars. These jars have a long shelf life of 6-10 months depending upon the product and can be re-used again. These products include flavoured almonds, cashews, seeds, organic cookies (made from natural ingredients), ethnic beverages like jamun shikanji, anar shikanji, aam-panna, nimbu-masala shikanji etc.</p>
<p><strong>Mr. Amit Kumar Jain</strong> of <strong>Bijson Innovations Pvt Ltd</strong> while stating about his startup said that, I started my startup in 2017. Our startup aims to promote green energy solutions via innovation through bio-technology in waste-management. We at Bijson make bio CNG gas from wet and dry waste. In our plant, wet and dry waste is separated which contains 99.5 percent methane and from this CNG Bio-Gas is made. The cost of this bio-gas production machine of 200 to 250 kg is between Rs. 7 to 8 Lakhs.</p>
<p><strong>Mr. Prakash Jangid</strong> and <strong>Mr. Ashok Jangid</strong> of <strong>Malawalas</strong>, a startup based in Jaipur shared about making organic incense sticks by recycling garlands of flowers that are offered in temples. These organic incense sticks are made from the flower petals and the remaining garlands are taken in the work of making food. Mr. Prakash further shared that these organic incense sticks are currently being sold in 1700 stores in Jaipur and the price of the products are kept at Rs. 15, 35 and 55 depending upon the size of the packet.</p>

Titled ‘Team Cashless India’, the initiative brings consumers and merchants to the forefront of the digital payments dialogue. Mastercard will work together with Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), acquire banks and fintech companies to support nominated merchants to deploy digital payments acceptance infrastructure.</p>
<p>The initiative is in line with Mastercard’s endeavor to create an ecosystem which encourages people to use digital payments for their day-to-day purchases. To take part in ‘Team Cashless India’, anyone can either nominate merchants online or give a missed call to 9016861000. Mastercard will also conduct an outreach program across multiple cities to educate merchants on the benefits of accepting digital payments and to provide a platform for consumers to nominate merchants. These nominations are expected to create a social movement for making India a cashless society. To garner support for the movement,M.S. Dhoni will interact with merchants and encourage them to 'bat' for a cashless India by accepting digital payments. Mastercard will provide select nominated merchants and consumers with a chance to join Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s Team Cashless India.</p>
<p>In line with the Government’s vision, ‘Team Cashless India’ is an important step towards Mastercard’s goal to equip 10 million merchants in India with digital payments acceptance capabilities by 2020. The active involvement of cricketing legend Mahendra Singh Dhoni will provide the necessary impetus to the cash-to-digital conversation while CAIT, with its extensive network of over 70 million merchants and traders,will provide the necessary scale and reachviaon-the-ground outreach to merchants. Partner banks and payment facilitators will work with merchants to install digital payments infrastructure at points of sale.</p>

Using SBI Card Pay, customers can make contactless payments at Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled point of sale terminals with just one tap of their mobiles, without using the physical credit card or entering any PIN. As a first of its kind payment solution in India, it is built as part of the SBI Card mobile app providing ease to customers to use just one app to manage their credit card account as well as make contactless payments. SBI Card Pay will allow customers to set desired per transaction and daily transaction limits. Currently, other HCE enabled apps allow per transaction limit of up to INR 2000 and daily transaction limit of up to INR 10,000, restricting the effective usage of this feature.</p>
<p>To use SBI Card Pay, cardholders have to do a one-time registration of their card on the latest version of the SBI Card mobile app. Once the card is registered, users can complete payments simply by unlocking their phone screen and bringing the mobile device near the point of sale terminal. This facility has been launched on VISA platform and will function on any Android smartphone with Android OS KitKat version 4.4 and above.</p>
